Disclaimer of Warranty on Databases and Software: THE DATABASES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. Updates are available at any time. Cost per net new record is 5 cents. Additional updates may be provided and a fee may be charged for the updates, however, they are not a mandatory obligation of LO-EmailListcom LLC dba Specialty Contact Databases, for the purposes of this license agreement or any other purposes or implications.

End-User and LO-EmailListcom LLC dba Speciialty Contact Databases hereby further agree that venue and jurisdiction for any disputes shall be laid in the Courts of Pima County, Arizona, which the parties agree shall be the sole and exclusive venue of the resolution of any such disputes arising hereunder.
