LendingOne has appointed Samuel Bjelac, who previously served as the vice president of wholesale lending at CoreVest, as its new vice president responsible for third-party originations (TPO).
According to LendingOne, a Boca Raton-based private lender, Bjelac’s two decades of experience in the field will play a crucial role in the growth of their TPO channel.
LendingOne has stated in its press release that its TPO Channel is dedicated to enabling mortgage brokers to expand their income and improve their profits in the DSCR market. The company’s loan offerings, which include DSCR rental, fix and flip, SFR portfolio, and fix to rent, are accompanied by fast and dependable funding, flexible loan options, competitive pricing and compensation, as well as access to industry professionals.
Before joining LendingOne as the VP of TPO, Bjelac had spent four years at Sprout Mortgage, where he held the position of Executive VP of National Sales TPO. Prior to that, he served as the VP of Wholesale Lending at CoreVest Finance and held leadership roles at Carrington Mortgage Services, Flagstar Bank, and First Magnus Financial.
Matthew Neisser, the CEO of LendingOne, expressed his excitement at Bjelac’s inclusion in the team, stating that his vast expertise would aid in the growth of their wholesale program by fostering more long-term relationships with their broker partners.
Bjelac expressed his eagerness to demonstrate to mortgage brokers why LendingOne has already funded nearly $4 billion in business purpose investment property loans.
